We work closely with each customer, discovering what they do well, recognising where they have improved and understanding their successes. We assess their challenges, resources and approach. Then we work with them to create a solution that fits for them – that builds on their strengths, aligns with their culture and is targeted at their needs. We explore different options. Demonstrate what’s worked elsewhere. This approach enables us to be highly effective: we’re working with the education provider, not enforcing something that wouldn’t fit.

Alignment with external standards is a key goal for education providers. This isn’t just about ‘ticking the box’ – it’s also about capacity building, increasing expertise, perhaps by shadowing and coaching, to improve skills in a sustainable way. And it’s about improving return on investment – aiming for better outcomes, at lower costs. We work with learning providers to help them recognise what an inspected outcome would be and then put in place steps to ensure the best result possible.

Our mission is to take clients on a performance-improvement journey – a journey with a defined destination. Baseline assessments enable us to understand the clients’ starting point. We then work with them to understand and define where they want to go – and put in place meaningful ways to measure progress. We help education providers to become more data-driven, using data in a meaningful way and creating a sound evidence base on which to make more informed decisions.
