Elaine has been in the education sector her entire working life in both schools and colleges. Two-thirds of her career has been spent in further education – within colleges rated from good to outstanding – and she remains within the sector as a highly active governor of an independent learning provider. Her expertise is in quality improvement – both for providers and their curricula. Elaine has developed a reputation within the sector for delivering positive change and getting things done. She is a founder-owner of ESIS, a company established to help education providers to benefit from her, and her team’s, expertise.
Kevin is a long-serving practitioner who established ESIS to bring back to the sector hard-won experience and knowledge. Kevin has a proven track record in helping education providers to resolve challenging issues. When employed within the sector, he started as a teacher, progressed to become a senior leader and was finally a college principal. As operations director, Kevin orchestrates the logistics of the ESIS business – but also directly helps clients with quality, leadership and management challenges. Kevin is also a founder-owner of ESIS.
Ruth manages the ESIS office, including handling all of the resource scheduling. Ruth worked in further and higher education for over thirty years – experience that helps her manage a busy role efficiently. Ruth is the key day-to-day contact for customers, consultants and advisors.

Also with a long background in further education, a career lasting over twenty-five years, Corinne is responsible for ESIS’s administration, finance and communications.
